It’s because someone they know invites them. That’s why. It’s proven, and it’s pretty simple. Do you have friends or neighbors or relatives who should be part of Bethany? Consider inviting them to come to worship or to an event, like a softball game or a group here that you are part of or Vacation Bible School or to help out with a meal program. There are dozens of ways to include new people in our church life. And people are yearning for the connection that a place like Bethany offers: a connection to a loving, compassionate God and to other caring, supportive people. Invite them. You’ll feel good about it, and so will they.
