Bethany Childcare Request

Please note:  this form is for the use of Bethany members and teams only.

If your group would like to have childcare provided for an event, please pre-arrange this ahead of time.  To facilitate planning, please fill out the form below.  The Director of Children’s Ministries will confirm when childcare is arranged (please don’t announce the availability of childcare until you receive confirmation).

To ensure availability of childcare for your event, please submit your request a minimum of two weeks ahead of your event date.
