Request for Use of Space or Equipment

(For use by outside groups not affiliated or sponsored by Bethany or its organizations using our space for the first time.)

Please note: requests must be approved by our Board of Trustees, which can take up to a week.  If approved, you will be asked to fill out a Calendar Request Form to reserve space.  Also be aware that effective January 1, 2018 Bethany is no longer able to host outside groups  on Friday evenings or Saturdays.
