It is helpful to prepare for a funeral prior to a death in the family, to help mitigate the stress and grief that can appear after the loss of a loved one. This form has been developed to enable the pastor and your family to take your wishes into consideration during the funeral planning process.

To schedule an event, please complete the Calendar Request Form and submit your request. The church office will respond within two business days. Before submitting, please be sure to read and agree to BUMC’s Safe Sanctuary Policy and Facilities Use Guidelines.
